#Bilva patre desi recipes

Sacred bilva patre used traditionally for worshipping Shiva and also known to be beneficial with antibacterial and carminative properties.

Here are few desi recipes with bilva patre.

Bilva patre bajji turns to be crispy and delightful. Make your batter with besan, rice flour, chilli powder, corn powder, salt and little aesofoeteda. Wipe individual bilva patre or leaf .. Dip in batter and deep fry. Stay safe from spluttering oil.

This is simple bilva patre chutney which I pair with parota, dosa  or chapati. Recipe is quite simple. Roast the leaves with cumin and blend with coconut, tamarind and green chilli. Add salt as per taste. This gives a peculiar taste to the breakfast.

Bilva patre tambuli
Try even tambuli with bilva leaves. Fry the leaves with cumin and blend with coconut. Add salt and buttermilk to get proper consistency.  For seasoning mustard and red chilli used. This is good for digestive tract if consumed with rice at the end of meals..
