#Spring onion sabji

 



      Spring onion ( eerulli soppu) is wonderful source of carotenoids and vitamin A - essential for eye health.

      Traditionally it can be used in preparing sambar, rice bath, raitha, veg noodles and chutney.  Here is an awesome recipe of spring onion sabji which goes well with chapati.

     Fry ginger, garlic , green chilli, putani and urad dal. Blend and keep aside. Chopped spring onion, sweet corn and the blended masala mixed together and half cooked with salt and lemon for taste.
