Curry leaves bajji!


  Try this crispy curry leaves bajji for a boring evening! 

   Prepare batter with rice flour, besan, corn flour, chilli powder and salt. Don't make it too watery. Dip curry leaves in the batter and deep fry taking utmost care to avoid oil splattering. 

   Curry leaves are easily available from the kitchen garden..  They stimulate digestion, rich in antioxidant and antibacterial properties. If you are calory conscious and want to  avoid potato or raw banana bajji then go for this curry leaves bajji. But always remember to be extra careful while deep frying because the water content in leaves provokes oil splattering..
