In a pan add cooking oil with mustard, urad dal and green chilli. Purple cabbage cleaned and chopped mixed with onions,boiled green peas, salt and cooked for few minutes. Add curry leaves and lemon juice to get the simple purple cabbage sabji. Pair with chapati , roti or dosa.
Purple cabbage has many health benefits. Though it is very nutritious, calories are less.
Good for eye health; anticarcinogenic, antiagieng and antioxidant properties make it unique.
