Spring onion bajji

 



 Spring onions chopped and mixed with besan , rice flour, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and corn powder to make it crispy. Deep fry in cooking oil and serve with green chutney.

   Spring onions are good source of carotenoids which are essential for eye health. Children like this  desi recipe for evening snacks.
